Belvedere is a traditional detached Gower cottage set in its own private gardens and with views across Gower to the Bristol Channel and Somerset.. The cottage, which dates from the 18th Century, nestles on the edge of some 2500 hectares of open common called Cefn Bryn and which provides an extensive network of easy walks along the spine of Gower. Within a few minutes walk from the front door of Belvedere are the picturesque 18th century church of St Georges, the village store and Post Office, and the King Arthur Hotel.
On the first floor of Belvedere there are three bedrooms; bedroom one has a double bed, bedroom two has twin single beds and bedroom three has a double bed; all of the bedrooms have vanity units. There is a bathroom with both bath and walk-in shower; toilet and wash basin.
On the ground floor is a spacious lounge and dining room with a feature inglenook fireplace and log burning stove. A 40 inch Freeview TV and CD player are provided, also full internet access. The generous kitchen is fully fitted including a dishwasher, a washing machine, gas hob, electric oven, fridge and freezer. Also in the kitchen there is table and chairs which comfortably seat six.
There is a downstairs cloakroom off the porch to the main door.
The cottage is centrally heated and double glazed throughout.
Outside there is a patio area with table and chairs, cottage garden to the front and large lawn area to the side. There is off street safe parking for up to three cars.
Reynoldston village is rightly called ‘the hub’ of Gower and all of the Gower beaches are within 15 minutes drive.
The M4 motorway (Junction 47) and central Swansea can both be accessed within 20 to 25 minutes.
